Old & New

I went to the doctor Thursday to do an ultrasound to check on my cervix’s and during the whole thing we were able to find out the sex of the baby!! I am thrilled that we are having a little GIRL! I honestly didn’t mind if we had a boy or girl, as long as the baby was healthy! I love getting an ultrasound because you get to see what the baby is doing in there lol. My baby girl was sucking her finger. You could see her mouth move J I love the feeling of knowing everything is going good. The heart beat was also good, 144 beats.

My cervixs also looked good, which was a huge relief!  We finally came up with a decision and we decided we were going to do the P-17 shot. I don’t know that much about it except that it is a hormone that is supposed to stop you from going into premature labor. I am still looking for better research.

Everything seems to be going well with the baby. I am finally starting to feel her move around in there. :) I believe we have finally decided we are going to name her "Kelsey Brook" The name seems to be sticking with me so for now we are going to stick with that name! The shots are doing well, I just hate going once a week lol but I have to do what I need to so that my baby girl is taken care of!
